Looking down at the The Osprey Nest
 The Osprey nest is the "flat" on top of the building in the background. The protected deep-water boat basin in the foreground, is for use of the guests, and are allowed to dock up to a 26' boat. Please note the large roof/deck adjacent to the "nest", the launching ramp to the right of the basin, and the jetty for fishing, swimming and watching sunsets.

The middle boat basin (arrow) is the Osprey Nest. Note, the easy access to the ocean from either end of the island. You cannot find a better location!

The Osprey Nest Comfortable modern living room. Islamorada, Fl

The living area has a couch, oak tables, and a spectacular view. It is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

 

The Osprey Nest Queen-size Murphy bed in living room.

Behind closed doors there is a secret! The second sleeping area is in the alcove off the living room and has a queen size Murphy bed (pull down with real mattress) Note, the door to the right is the guest bath which includes a washer/dryer. This area is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. A Shoji screen is available if more privacy is desired.

 

Master Suite

The master suite has a "real" queen size bed with linens, tv, and its own bath. The bath is tiled, has a glass block shower stall, large mirror over the vanity and soffited lighting. It is Air conditioned and has ceiling fan.

Here is the Osprey Nest floor plan. Note the large windows to take advantage of the view. The modern remodeled kitchen includes and ice-maker/refrigerator, full size range, microwave oven, toaster/oven, full size dishwasher and service for six. The dining area has a refractory table and chairs for six. There is a charcoal grill and lounge chairs for the large roof/deck.

 

Osprey Nest Sunset

This is what the "Keys" is all about - the spectacular sunsets. This is the view from the jetty, looking across our "navigational aid" - the famous Holiday House "lighthouse". There is a table and benches on the jetty for picnicking and relaxation.
